一．工作综述（Generaldescription）

负责SAP客户订单处理和客户主数据的创建和日常维护;

Be response for the daily order createand change of customer master data in SAP;

负责退换货流程的申请及退换货周期的控制；

Be responsefor the application of REPL process and cycle day control of REPL solvingperiod in Seton;

负责与财务对口的账期申请流程、催票以及退票的流程；

Be response for the daily process of paymentterm application and VAT push or return;

 

 二．工作职责（Responsibilities）

1.根据“客户主数据维护流程“有效地完成每天的客户主数据信息的维护和更改，并且确保已输入SAP订单信息及开票信息维护的完整及准确；

According to “Master Data Process” to create and change the customer’s master data, to ensure the entered orderswere complete and accurate of the customer’s information;

2.根据“退换货处理流程“及时并有效地处理客户的退换货申请及退换货周期的控制，并在每个周末给主管汇报每周的退换货处理周期的状态；

According to “REPL Process” to application and control the cycleday of solving   about customerscomplains, and report to the supervisor at the end of each week;

3.根据“账期客户申请流程“有效地完成每天的账期申请、催票及退票汇总，并在每月末给相关部门和主管汇报每月的情况；

According to “Payment Term Application Process” to application customer’s payment terms and solve the VAT pushand return, and report to the supervisor at the end of each month;

4.同其他部门紧密配合如客服部、销售部和财务部等；

Coordinate with otherteam members、customer service、sales and Finance etc.
