Job Responsibility:

• HR Operations including on boarding, exit and movement;

• Maintain HR data base and HR system;

• Support local HR event and activities;

• Other HR ad-hoc tasks;

Requirements:

- College degree or above, no major limitation;

- Good in English writing and reading at least;

- Good at Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Word);

- At least one year working experience in HR is preferred;

- Down to earth, responsible and careful;

- With interest  and passion in HR / IKEA, willing to learn;
