岗位职责:
负责产品的性能评估、对外发版本的性能测试、全链路压测等工作；
分析与整理性能测试需求，制定性能测试方案并落实执行，并负责开发性能测试脚本与相关测试工具；
负责服务器各项性能指标的收集与分析、输出性能分析报告，给出优化建议；
负责高并发用户情况下的功能问题分析，以及协助开发解决问题；
 
任职要求:
本科以上学历，2年以上大型互联网产品专职性能测试经验；
精通开源工具Locust 、nGrinder等性能测试工具之一；
熟悉web服务器和数据库服务器、缓存服务器等主要性能指标的采集与分析;
有丰富的http，web service，socket协议的实际工作经验者优先；
具有较高的质量意识、团队合作意识，认真细心、逻辑思维清晰严谨；
有丰富的python开发经验可以优先考虑；
