1. Suppliers management
1.1 Sourcing of the new trim supplier for all types of trims
1.2 Mill evaluation of the new supplier--twice a year
1.4 Training of the new suppliers in terms of cooperation terms & conditions (quality, timing, prices)
1.5 Negotitaions with suppliers in terms of technical questions for the quality
1.6 Claim management
2. Sourcing and production
2.1 In-time following all HQ sourcing reqest and reporting to HQ of the sourcing results
2.2 Monitor and tracking of development and bulk production in terms of in-time shipment, order placement from GS side.
2.3 Checking and approval of the test reports and communication with the TS in case of quality issues
2.4 In-time reporting to HQ of the potential delays and quality issues
2.5 Pro-active communication with HQ in terms of quality issues and delays, provide solutions
2.6 Efficient cross-functional communication with OSO teams
3. Reporting
3.1 In-time updating of reports in PLM, 1C
3.2 Communication with the garment team in terms of quality and delays
3.3 Collecting of the historical data of suppliers execution in bulk (quality, delays)
4. Parcels
4.1. Sending and receipt of the parcels
4.2. Tracking and recording of the parcels and in-time receipt from suppliers

Skills：
1. Textile background
2. Negotiation skills
3. Understanding of O'STIN business process, timing and quality standards
4. Incoterms knowledge
5. Understanding, tracking (if required) of the payment terms bt TS and GS
6. Advanced management and communication skills
7. English Upper-Intermediate
8. Advanced user MS Office (excel, power point, word)
