·    The first contact for the employees regarding questions, info and problems of the processing of information.

·    In this context, the function must ensure adherence to the procedures, standards and agreements, that are actually valid for the hard - and software at Brose.  This includes, especially, the requirements with regard to data protection and data safety.

·    Implements and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.

·    Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware following the Brose standards.

·    Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.

·    Develops SAP knowledge and supports users to achieve the best results using the system.

·    Reviews reports of IT equipment's production, malfunction and maintenance to determine costs, impact, & address problems.

·    Maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.

·    Runs IT projects in IT infrastructure area. Is able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier

                   

·     Knowledge about active directory services

·     Technical understanding of common hardware as PCs, laptops and servers

·     Technical understanding of active and passive network infrastructure

·     Familiar with virtual server technology

·     Printer maintenance skills

·     Good communication skills

·     Technical understanding of telephone systems is preferred

·     Technical understanding of access control systems is preferred

·     Basic knowledge about SAP and emergency systems is preferred
