Day to Day Responsibilities:
日常职能：
1.To Set up and maintain Airlink EHS system.
建立和维护Airlink环境健康安全系统。
2.To ensure that company complies with all applicable government EHS regulations with clear evidence and review it regularly.
确保公司遵守所有适用政府的环境健康安全法规的都有明确的依据以及定期审查。
3.Provide various EHS training (such as new employee EHS orientation, office 5S inspection, etc).
提供各种环境健康安全培训（如新员工环境健康安全导向，办公室5S检查，等等）。
4.To communicate Environment Safety Health regulations and Airlink EHS requirement to all levels company person, including site contractors, key suppliers.
宣导环境安全卫生法规和根据Airlink环境健康安全要求公司所有人员，包括现场承包商，供应商。
5.To set up annual SMART performance goals/target with EHS committee to continuously improve safety and environmental performance.
与环境健康安全委员会一起设立年度智能绩效目标，不断提高安全和环境绩效。
6.To conduct daily inspection and audit, and encourage employees to report any unsafe act and condition, follow up all corrective actions from above issues.
进行日常检查和审计，并鼓励员工报告任何不安全的行为和状况，追踪纠正行为。
7.To organize to investigate all accidents/incidents and work out proper corrective and prevention actions.
组织调查事故/事件，纠正预防行动实施状况。
8.To organize emergency drills.
组织应急演习。
9.To report EHS performance monthly and EHS data on time as required.
报告月度绩效和安全数据。

Requirements:
要求：
1.Bachelor degree in Industrial Safety Engineering or management, Environment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
本科学历，工业工程或管理、环境工程、机械工程、电气工程。
2.Minimum 2 years of demonstrated EHS experience in Multi-national Company.
至少2年以上外资企业环境健康安全工作经验。
3.Familiar with safety and health law and regulation; Hazard analysis and risk evaluation capability; good presentation skills.
熟悉环境健康安全的法律和法规；危害分析和风险评估能力；良好的演示技能。
4.Experience with EHS Management System.
熟悉环境健康安全管理系统。
5.Initiative and self-motivated, hardworking and willing to work under high pressure.
主动自觉、工作努力，愿意承受工作压力。
6.Good team player within the organization and with high influence skill.
良好的团队组织能力。
7.Performance and Results Orientated.
项目计划和结果导向能力。
8.Fluent communication skills both in Chinese and English, including verbal reading, listening and written.

Airlink established in 1994, specializes in R&D, design, supply, installation, training and maintenance of electronic security systems, including Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems.

In 1997, Airlink Shanghai representative office was set up. In the same year, Airlink successfully completed integrated electronic security system successfully for Intel Facility in Pudong, Shanghai.

In 2000, Airlink established its China headquarters: Shanghai Airlink Technologies Co. Ltd. and obtained the highest class “Design and Installation” certificate issued by Shanghai Public Security Bureau. In order to enhance its technical capability, Airlink set up R&D team and obtained the title of “High and New Technology Enterprise of Shanghai” awarded by the Shanghai Municipal Government in the same year. Airlink has successfully accomplished a number of major security system projects for airports, banks, governments and multi-national corporations.
