- 管理项目开发技术部门的结构设计部分。

- 跟进供应商结构部品的模具设计至量产阶段的各种技术问题，包括模具，材料，制程，喷涂，包装等方面，同时协调解决方案。

- 检查结构设计文档及结构部品是否符合产品要求

- 根据欧洲市场/客户的需求，配合电气设计团队，制定最可靠的实现方案。协助完成工程样机制作。

- 支持产品整机各项测试及认证，根据样机测试/评估结果进行结构部分的整改。

- 针对供应商推荐方案给出专业评估。

- 对欧洲总部提出的结构技术问题提出解决方案。

- 针对NCR提出建议对策。

- 大学本科及以上

- 2年以上结构设计领域背景

- 英语良好

- 电视机研发生产领域经验优先

Responsibilities
- As a lead engineer to accept responsibility of one project perform and supervise in Mechanical discipline. Design quality and progress control.
- Check design calculations following prescribed methods, procedures and software.

- Follow R&D cycle of mechanical suppliers, especially tooling development, painting, assembling as well as new technical issues.
- Check engineer's documents whether meet requirements of the contract, especially in scope and terminal point.
- Prepares technical evaluations of supplier's proposals.
- Review vendor's mechanical drawing and document which include material, manufacture procedure, painting, packing and shipment.
- Dispose NCR from manufacture or site.

Requirements

The engineer must love the products he or she deals with and the urge to understand them. Only then you will have the critical look on the quality of your products – materials, construction and finishing.

The engineer must have great communication skills, both towards Chinese suppliers and towards foreign clients.

The engineer must have fine reporting skills, summarizing the work done in getting to quotes for the right products from Chinese suppliers.

Provides training and assistance to less experienced engineers.

May serve as the lead engineer on mechanical side.

Suggests product design and work process improvements, when necessary.

Reviews work of less experienced engineers.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- Bachelor degree or above

- More than 2 years background on mechanical design

- Preferable if have experience in LCD TV engineering/production
