职位描述
1. 负责顾客抱怨质量问题的沟通及整改措施的制定和落实；
2. 负责及时向质保部经理汇报相关质量问题改进进展状况信息；
3. 协调组织各部门质量分析团队并配合客户对现场质量问题情况进行跟踪，分析，改进；
4．组织质量分析例会，并针对内外部Audit的问题制定整改措施，并跟踪执行情况等；
5. 配合客户，推进质量优化及改进，并制作相关手工样件；
6. 协调组织各部门质量分析团队，对生产过程中产生的不合格品进行评审，降低不良成本。
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历;3年及以上质量相关工作经验，包括供应商质量管理、现场质量控制及顾客服务经验；
2、熟练掌握8D，数理统计，熟练使用excel,ppt;
3、有较强的计划、组织、协调、解决问题的能力，善于沟通，思维敏捷，有较强的学习及创新能力，责任心强，能积极主动和独立工作，有较强的服务意识和团队意识。

Sitech Dongchang Automotive Seating Technology Ltd. was established at Shanghai Baoshan Urban Industrial Park in June 2004. It was mainly jointly established by Sitech Sitztechnik GmbH, which is a hundred percent subsidiary of Volkswagen AG. The total investment amounts to 150,000,000 RMB.
