An International Insurance Brokerage Company based in shanghai, with offices in HongKong and Bejing, specializes in Financial and Insurance Businesses is looking for client service assistant.

Responsibility:

岗位要求：
---Assist Account Manager to follow individual clients via email or phone call.

协助客户经理通过电邮或电话联系从而跟进个人客户
---Responsible for claims, new applications, payments and daily issues.

处理理赔、保单申请、付款以及一些日常业务

---Support partners' work

协助外籍销售的工作要求
Requirements:
---College degree and above

大学本科及以上
---Good English (speaking and writing) and computer skills

良好的英语听读写说能力以及操作电脑办公自动化技巧
---Good communication and presentation skills.

良好的口述及演讲能力

---Self-management, hard-working, independent and able to deal with pressure.

严于律己，吃苦耐劳，拥有独立性以及处理压力的能力
