    About the role 

We are looking for a key account manager to take full responsibility of our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) business to deliver revenue and margin targets.

Our ideal candidate should have experienced commercial skills with a demonstrated history in the biotech industry, preferably with a diagnostics industry background. You need to be able to develop and identify new opportunities to establish commercial relationships with key IVD clients in this fast-growing market.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Be responsible for IVD business in China, deliver revenue and margin targets.
• Negotiate and renew the supply contract/agreement with key accounts on a regular basis.
• Work closely with local commercial team to identify new opportunities to develop scale commercial relationships in IVD space.
• Establish account plans, objectives and forecasts for each key account and update plans monthly.
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.

• Inform on product tactics, providing customer insights to the marketing/portfolio team.

About you

• Master’s above Degree, preferred majors in bioscience or biochemistry.
• Proven working experience (> 3 years) in sales skills and key account management in biotech industrial fields.
• Solid knowledge of diagnostics and clinical market is preferred.
• Experience in protein-based companion diagnostics an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Dynamic personality, team player with open communication style.
• Great customer facing skills.
• Able to work autonomously and effectively in a matrixed, flexible working environment.
• Willing to travel throughout China.
• High level of integrity and ethics.
• Be fluent in both English and Chinese.
