Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Overall manage multi-DC logistics operations including warehousing and transportation activities;

2. Establish adequate process to guide new site startup and day to day operations, and ensure working procedures are kept up-to date to reflect the current process being adopted within the warehouse;

3. Closely monitor third party service provider, measure performance and focus on cost and efficiency;

4. Conduct periodically operational meetings with Service Providers to review the performance and work out action plan for quality/efficiency/cost improvements;

5. To compile statistics/measurements (operational reporting) relating to the warehouse and transport functions;

6. Provide leadership to department by driving best practices in operations management;

7. Proven ability to coach/mentor the team to ensure optimal results.

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. At least 5 years working experience in warehousing and transportation management, and 3 years at a managerial level. And experience in new site setup is a plus.

2. Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work well under pressure

3. Good leadership and project management skills

4. Strong problem solving and execution skills

5. Strong interpersonal skills

6. Sense of priority and time management

Education & Language/学历及语言要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, and Logistics, Engineering related specialty is preferred

2. Good command of English in writing & oral
