英语客服专员1名

1、英语口语能力强，协助公司完成意大利时装品牌在线售后服务包括收发邮件，处理打印订单等。

2、熟悉网站商务客服管理体系；

3、1年以上电商客服工作经验优先；

4、性格细致耐心、做事有条不紊、沟通能力强、思维敏捷、有较好的的服务和营销意识。

5、公司有非常可观的发展空间给到每一个认真工作的员工。

班次：做六休一 10:00-19:00

Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to help deliver an excellent customer experience to our website’s users. Our main customers are Chinese, but you need to be able to meet the basic communication requirements at work.

What You Will Do

· Turn our buyers into loyal customers by helping them with: placing orders, canceling orders, and processing refunds.

· Increase our competitive advantage over other online marketplaces by explaining to buyers how to: register on our website, process orders, and receive money for their sales.

· Help us pack the goods and send them by express

· Complete other tasks assigned to the work，be patient, careful and flexible.

· Work schedule: 6 days a week. No night work.

Skills & Experience You Must Have

· Have experience in a customer service or marketing role (clothing industry preferred).

· General written and oral English communication skills.

· A passion for online shopping or PC / Mobile shopping

· Possess a sense of urgency when it comes to solving customer issues, and an ability to distinguish the routine from that which requires special attention.

·You are healthy both in mind (psychologically) and body (physiologically).

经营范围服装鞋帽，家用饰品，针纺织品，服装面料及辅料，皮革制品，手表，人造首饰，包装，眼镜（矫正视力除外）及上述产品的零部件的批发，进出口，佣金代理（拍卖除外），并提供相关配套服务（不涉及国营贸易管理商品，涉及配额，许可证管理商品的按国家有关规定办理申请）
