要求：

具备装配工艺过程的编制、工装的设计的能力。

Has the ability of assembly process creation and tooling design
具备装配生产线新建、改造项目工艺方案设计的能力；

Has the ability of design in the production equipment creation and the existing equipment optimization.
具备较好的沟通及协调能力，能协调解决产品设计、工艺、设备、生产、质量等多方面的技术问题。

Good communication and coordination skill can coordinate the technical issues among R&D, Process, Maintenance, production, quality and so on.
软件应用：熟练掌握与应用Auto CAD、PRO-E、Solid works、Office等绘图与办公软件。

Software application: Good skill in AUTOCAD, PREO-E, SOLIDWORKS and MS Office

职责：

产品的装配工艺落实、质量问题原因分析、不良品跟踪处理、新原料试产总结；

Implement of process, analyze quality related issues, handle and track NOK parts, summarize the trial run result with new materials

创建工艺文件及相关的工作指导；

Create process related documents and work instructions 

新产品量产生产过程中生产工艺的摸索、跟踪、改进和完善，编制作业标准书等工作； 

Develop, track , optimize and consummate the process during the serial production for new project, prepare the WI, etc.
改进和完善产品生产工艺、编制产品控制计划、完善标准操作指导书； 

Optimize and consummate the production process, prepare the CP, standardize the WI.
负责组织分析解决生产中的各种技术质量问题； 

Organize to analyze the technical related issues in production.
负责生产部的产品技术质量培训检查和制度完善； 

Be responsible for the training check and system perfection related to the technology and quality of product.
负责编制和修订有关产品APQP和PPAP的生产过程文件；

Prepare and create product related APQP and PPAP documents for production.

计划并跟踪新零件的放行。

Plan and follow the release of new type of products
参与生产工装、设备的设计和改进。 

Involve in design and optimization of device and tooling

组织和完成设备验收

Organize the acceptance of production equipment.,
