General Description

· Dedicated working in customers’ sites, mainly in Chongqing and Chengdu. To be responsible for Electrochemical Deposition (ECD) tool and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) tool sustainable service.

· To applying analytical tools for troubleshooting system root causes.

· To correct tool performance data in customers’ sites and perform analysis related for ECD or PVD tools.

· To reduce cost of tool maintenance and to achieve tool performance targets.

· To communicate between U.S. resource and customers’ sites, providing effective solutions toward any ECD or PVD tools’ performance issues or spec concern.

· To support new tool’s installation / upgrade, performance data collection, to achieve company’s market share and goal.

· Up to 50% business travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

· To perform tool installation, software upgrade, maintenance and customer service activities.

· To perform technical phone support and on-duty shift support as FSE.

· To work independently for troubleshooting recipes, and hardware failures.

· To be capable to generate various reports for tool install update, issue reports and training materials.

· To write weekly base update and tool status update (weekly reports / weekly meetings).

· To write technical documents and to share experience within the group to enhance group member skills.

· To be available for training customers and end-users of operation and basic maintenance

· To establish, develop & maintain positive relationship with customers to look for new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical/Engineering/Automation /Mechatronics or related fields.

· 2-3 years working experiences is required, semiconductor industry (ie: equipment maintenance and repair) is a plus.

· Fluent English speaking, writing, and listening, with CET-6 certificate is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be hard working with team player.
