工作职责 

1.负责市场渠道拓展／合作，树立品牌，策划执行校区市场活动； 

2.负责团队搭建，培训员工，践行企业文化，负责校区人员绩效考核和晋升； 

3.指导教学团队工作，为学员提供高质量的教学服务，保证在读学员的留存率；

4.监督和控制校区成本，制定校区年度预算，分析校区财务状况并及时调整。 

5.管理服务团队，建立高效的服务支持流程，不断提升学员满意度，保证校区口碑业绩的达成；

6.明确校区各岗位的职责和任务要求，带领团队开展各项工作，协调解决下属工作中出现的问题；

7.保证各校区部门工作 高质高效，运营顺畅； 

任职要求：

1. 专科及以上学历，专业不限；

2. 3年以上工作经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验，有少儿教育行业背景优先；

3. 良好的沟通、协调能力及团队管理能力；

4. 能够在压力下胜任多项任务，完成年度目标；

5. 有事业心和责任感，能吃苦，有较强的合作精神和学习能力。
