Missions :

• Issue Final outgoing QC inspection sheets for standard products
• Analyze Production process to set up on line QC stations during production
• Issue Packing specifications for orders
• Ensure traceability of production
• Ensure in-time Inspection location and timing
• Regular on-site QC (2 days per week ; sites mainly in Jiangsu + Wenzhou + Guangzhou)
• Problem tracking and solving
• Sourcing of alternative materials or components
• Audit of new potential suppliers
• Support to Merchandising team

工作内容：

• 撰写标准产品的质量检验报告
• 分析生产过程并设置在生产过程中的质检点
• 撰写订单的包装规格
• 确保生产的可追溯性
• 确保及时的检验地点和时间
• 定期现场质检（每周平均2天，地点主要在江苏、温州、广州）
• 跟踪和解决问题
• 采购替代材料或元件
• 审核新的潜在供应商
• 支持跟单团队

Requested qualities :

• To be a fully trustworthy person
• Be very active
• Have a good capacity of analysis
• Be able to focus on multiple tasks without getting disturbed
• Be able to smoothly communicate in English language with foreign Manager

Experience requested :

• Maturity of mind is more essential than a long experience
• Engineering degree (mechanical, packaging)
• Ability to make a product prototype on his own
• English must be VERY good
• Preferred experience in bags, suitcases, packaging industries, cutting, sewing, gluing, binding, injection, lamination
  

经验要求：

• 工程学士学位（机械，包装）
• 有制作模型的能力
• 英语必须是非常好的
• 在箱包，箱包，包装等行业，切割，粘合，缝纫，结合，注塑，层压有经验的首选

Offered Terms :

• Basic 3 – 5K RMB / month depending on qualification
• Monthly bonus according to targets
