软件系统销售,主要是WMS和零售解决方案。中国区新客户自主开发。
要求:
本科以上学历。5年以上软件系统销售经验。有物流,供应链软件系统销售经验的更佳。
优秀的沟通能力,出色的谈判技巧,善于建立客户关系。
英文以一定的基础,能进行简单沟通为佳。
Position Summary
Responsible for the development of high value, profitable new business with new prospective customers.
The Sales Manager will directly contribute to the sales growth of all RedPrairie solutions across China.
NOTE: This position is not static and will be revised as the needs of RedPrairie business in Greater China evolves.
Essential Responsibilities / Duties
· To achieve the established on target license fee quota through the sale of RedPrairie software solutions
· To sell profitable implementation services
· To develop and close new business within the Region
· To focus on new business and manage the customer relationships to enhance opportunities to sell to appropriate and targeted new prospective customers.
· To manage the full sales process;
· Qualify sales opportunities
· Establish a competitive sales strategy, communicate and execute adopting RedPrairie standards throughout the sales process
· Work closely with the Industry Specialists as applicable, providing guidance and support as required
· Negotiate the contracts with involvement of legal, Finance, Operations and Managing Director Asia Pacific.
· Maintain close links with the Operations Group, ensuring open channels of communication at all times to enable smooth transition of the account
· To effectively utilise the sales tracking system throughout the sales cycle
· To recommend sales strategies for improvement to the Managing Director Asia Pacific based on market research and competitor analyses
· To represent company at trade association meetings / trade shows and similar to promote products
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5 plus years experience in supply chain related experience, of which a minimum of 5 will be in a sales related role
Track record in selling profitable and sound business in China
Skills Required
· Ability to use sales management tools and practices.
· Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and multiple prospective customers.
· Ability to build strong relationships, providing leadership and conviction that will inspire client confidence and trust
· Strong English and Mandarin written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with ability to conduct formal and informal presentations in both small- and large-group settings.
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Excellent problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems, issues, or concerns before they occur or become critical.
· Team leadership and coordination skills
· Professional attitude and appearance commensurate with the role of a RedPrairie Business Development Manager.
Work Environment
· Willingness to work away from home Mon-Fri when required and on Saturdays when required.
· Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and without the need for individual task-management and supervision.
· Ability to organise personal work time around client availability, travel requirements and other constraints in order to meet time objective.
