1. 根据客户要求能够准确把握设计主旨，设定设计方案；
2. 严格执行部门工作流程和标准，准时、高效、优质完成设计要求；
3. 与客户部及其他部门进行良好沟通，确保创意工作的顺利进行；
4. 收集优秀广告创意，进行创意分享，协同他人共同进步；
5. 根据部门要求与实际情况，完成领导安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，设计等相关专业；
2. 具有两年及以上的商场促销活动、柜台和展台物料制作工作经验，有4A公司从业经验者优先；
3. 英语良好，CET-4优先；
4. 精通相关制图软件（3D MAX、CAD、PHOTOSHOP、ILLUSTRATOR），有良好的设计创意理念；
5. 执行力强，有责任心，细心谨慎，具有良好的沟通能力和理解能力；
6. 面试需携带个人作品。
