Senior Product Engineer-Autimotive 资深新产品导入工程师

Hiring manager: NPI Manager



Main Responsibilities:

1. New product sample run / pilot run coordination to ensure smooth ramp up readiness technically which support with sample / pilot report inclusive of product / line matching, yield, quality (SPC) and reliability data.

2. Monitor product yield and defect breakdowns to identify the continuous improvement opportunities and develop actions plan to achieve target BBS product yield.

3. Provide defect analysis for major yield loss related to product deficiency with mixed factors to identify the concerned area(s)

4. Liaison with BT-product engineering team to jointly establish module yield improvement for opportunities related to panel yield / quality.

5. Lead in a cross functional team for continuous improvement in preventing overkill / slip through of products for visual / functional defects at panel side.

6. Support manufacturing line for technical issues related to product quality.

7. Work together with process engineers and provide technical support on product quality issues related to partner batch / panel quality.

8. Work together with PPE development engineers to provide product engineering support for smooth introduction of new changes.



Job Requirements:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline

Work experience:

1.5-10 years in an manufacturing environment,automotive related industry preferred
2.Familiar with electrical engineering area
3.And it would be better if she/he familiar with project management

Language ability:

Fluent in English & Mandarin (written and spoken)

Other Skills:

1.Familiar with quality tools like FMEA, DOE, SPC, Gage R&R
2.Familiar with problem solving tools like 8D
3.Pose analytical mind and familiar on technical report writing
4.Be good at the communication and organization skills.

Computer literacy:

Familiar with major 0ffice software and Lotus Notes software, and some logistics/production system software.
