SQE--Electronical

Responsibilities:

1. New supplier QSA, QPA, GP, sustainability assessment.

2. Define and maintain material quality criteria together with PD and align with supplier.

3. Supplier PPAP review.

4. Supplier quality improvement PDCA.

5. Update material QDS and follow up supplier agreement

6. Supplier monthly / quarterly quality performance rating (SRS).

7. Deal Incoming, belt, field material quality problem. Negotiate material sorting, provide compensation with supplier and provide data to SBM compensation.

8. FPS material risk evaluation.

9. Deal with inventory in 0 vendor location timely

Person Specifications

1. Degree with Electrical&Electronicsor Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum 2 years Supplier Quality Engineering experiences.

3. Familiar with QC08000,TS16949,FMEA,and TS16949 tools.

4. Familiar with PCBa or FPCa or drive IC

5. Good command of written and spoken English.

6. Ability to work effectively and independently.

7. A Self Starter with a hands-on, eager to implement key initiatives and support through to the successful implementation.

8. Excellent Inter personal and communication skills are necessary for dealing with all levels of internal and external suppliers and customers
