Responsibility：

1.     Implement organization-wide developmental programs. (70%)

a)      YUMC leadership program

b)      mini-MBA program

c)      MM development program

d)      Mentoring program

e)      Designate programs for different functions.

2.    Design,develop,implement, and manage organization-wide OD programs, such as organization
design, PPR process and culture interventions. (10%)

3.    Act as an internal consultant to provide tailor-made training and development programs for certain functions. (10%)

4.    Design and implement “core competency models”, drive for accurate understanding of the model, and facilitate proactive usage in learning and development interventions (5%)

5.    Facilitate one-on-one talent feedback based on assessment. (5%)

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree, preferably HR or business management; proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must; a minimum of 5 years working experience in Learning, talent and organization development function.

？  Ability to effectively plan, organize, develop and implement comprehensive employee training and development programs.

？  Experience in instructional design and training program delivery.

？  Experience in talent development or organization development.

？  An activator who drives for execution excellence and possesses strong achievement orientation

？  Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
