汇报：运营总监

岗位职责：

1、 招聘和人员配置：

§ 分析公司人员结构，优化人员配置；

§ 结合各门店营业额目标及现状，编制和及时调整招聘计划；

§ 优化招聘制度和流程，执行招聘计划；

§ 面试并推荐合适的候选人，管理公司人才库。

2、 培训：

§ 组织并实施新员工培训；

§ 建立公司培训体系，起草和修改培训相关制度和流程；

§ 进行培训需求调查，并制定培训计划；

§ 收集整理公司内部和外部的培训资源，组织培训；

§ 对培训效果进行评估并及时反馈信息。

3、 薪酬福利：

§ 参与公司薪酬管理制度的制定和修改，优化各部门薪资架构；

§ 负责薪资福利的日常管理，如每月工资计算，考勤统计，社保公积金的缴纳等。

4、 员工关系：

§ 为各门店经理提供HR专业支持；

§ 负责劳动合同的签署，管理员工资料和档案；

§ 受理公司员工的人事申诉，并提出处理意见；

§ 与员工保持良好沟通，提高员工满意度；

§ 制定公司年度活动计划，组织出游、团队建设及年会。

5、 绩效管理：

§ 参与公司考核制度的制定和修改，考核体系的建立和完善；

§ 组织实施绩效考核，管理评估过程，总结评估结果。

6、 上级交待的其他任务

任职要求：

1、 大专以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业；

2、 2年以上餐饮行业人力资源管理工作经验优先；

3、 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；

4、 能够熟练运用Excel, Word, PowerPoint等办公软件；

5、 良好的英文沟通能力。
