Responsibilities:

1.Technical support for Operations and Engineering

日常生产和技术支持,保证生产线的正常运转

2.Investigate technical information, Creation, coordination, and maintenance of component and assembly documentation (ECNs, specs., Routings, etc.)

协助工程师完成生产和项目的技术文件,以及文件的翻译.

3.Review labor standards and perform time studies.

标准工时的研究和确定

4.Develops and purchase tools and fixtures (electrical test, potting, assembly, etc.)

设计和采购工装夹具,以提高生产率

5.Develop & implement product test/qualification and process validation plans, and write reports

协助工程师进行项目培训,包括材料,工艺,设备,测试

6.Drive process improvement for specific products and assist engineers with overall process improvement projects

配合工程师进行工艺和设备的持续改进

7.Coordinate prototypes, Assist with first article documentation and inspection

配合工程师和生产部制造项目的首样,并持续改达到质量和效率的要求

8.Support Engineer to Create the project documentation ,Machine trouble-shooting and instrument calibration

负责工装,设备的维修,保养,以及仪器仪表的校准

Requirements:

1.College degree in general mechanical/electromechanical experience and aptitude

机电专业大专以上学历

2.Computer skills: Microsoft Office, working knowledge of CAD software

熟悉办公室软件, CAD

3.Working knowledge of ISO, GMP and QSR; FDA experience a plus

有ISO、GMP、QSR和FDA经验优先

4.Cable/Connector experience a plus

有线束,线缆制造经验较好

5.Basic English reading and writing

有基本的英语读写能力
