Job Responsibility:

Inter-company order process and follow up, such as:
-- Coordinate with Sales and Product Management Team for Scope of Supply for order preparation
-- Internal order management and delivery coordinate
-- SAP process for invoiced inter-company order

Customer order process and follow up, such as:
-- Sales contract draft and coordinate for sign.
-- Profit analysis for sales contract approval/sign
-- Sales record maintenance in excel/SAP.
-- Update sales data in shared file

Inventory record maintenance, such as:
-- Issue delivery note/packing list to customer
-- Stock maintain (engine & loose parts) in excel/SAP
-- Review payment for freight & warehouse charge

Reporting:
-- Make report and analysis on sales and inventory to provide good information to sales team and management

Administration task:
-- Coordinate for service training etc. with service team and company admin team
-- Other admin tasks in Sales & Marketing team

Requirements:

-- 3 years relative working experience in similar position
-- Business process understanding at logistic, inventory management
-- Excellent communication skills, warm, positive attitude
-- Good personnel characteristics and team player
-- Bi-lingual in Chinese and English both in written and oral
-- University graduate with related to economics and international trade
-- Background in multinational machinery or mechanical company will be a plus
-- Service mindset, delivery focus and logical thinking
