Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：

1. Define orders and input in K3 system. Make sure on-time delivery and on-time payment by communicating with customers, sales team, warehouses and finance department.
接受订单，在K3系统录入订单。通过与客户、销售员、仓库以及财务部门的沟通确保按时交货以及按时收款。

2. Arrange delivery plan with logistic suppliers and keep tracking delivery. Handle out-stock of marketing tools and promotion goods.
协调物流供应商安排发货，并跟踪发货状况。负责市场工具和促销品的发货。

3. Communicate with sales team and customers about products, market tools, prices and promotion plan. Execute market plans by order suggestion or other method.
与客户和销售团队就产品、市场工具、价格以及促销方案进行有效沟通，通过订单建议或其他方式执行市场计划。

4. Deal with customers’ complains. Control complains process including understanding problems, finding reasons with internal parties, explain to customers and further actions. Keep complain record.
处理客户投诉，控制投诉处理流程，包括理解问题，组织相关部门分析原因，向客户解释和后续行动。保留投诉记录。

5. Support to achieve sales target and control marketing expense budget.
支持销售目标的达成和市场费用的控制。


Qualifications任职资格：

1. College degree;
专科以上学历；

2. Excellent PC skills, specially in Excel and word;
熟练的电脑应用，尤其在Excel 和Word方面；

3. Good communication organization skill；
优秀的沟通和组织能力；

4. Patient, open, initiative and willing to do more;
细心，开放，主动，能承受压力。
