任职资格;

1. 英语口语流利

2. 有印刷包装工作经验5年以上，3年以上生产管理经验

3. 熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验；

4. 熟悉印刷包装生产工艺和生产规范，熟悉生产管理制度并能制定适合的相关制度，擅长人员管理；

5. 具有优秀的计划、执行能力，沟通能力，谈判能力和分析解决问题的能力。

6. 大专及以上学历，印刷包装类专业

岗位职责：Job Responsibilities：

1.组织建立和完善生产指挥系统，编制全年生产计划，检查生产计划，确保生产任务的完成；

2. 根据生产运行计划，掌握生产进度，组织分配劳动力，用料管理及异常的跟踪及改善；

3. 交货期异常反应及处理，安排人员配合进出口部做好发货前各项准备工作；
Delivery of the anomalies and processing personnel arrangements, with import and export department prepare all the kinds of things before shipment；
4. 负责生产中的技术和质量保证工作，发现问题及时组织解决和处理，重大问题直接汇报总经理；
Responsible for production technology and quality guarantee of the work in time, found that the problem solving and handling, major organization directly report to general manager；
5. 定期主持召开生产会议；生产调度会议、计划与目标会议、生产环境及安全会议、总结会议并对会议执行情况进行监督检查；
Hosting a production meeting regularly; Production scheduling meetings, plan and goal, production environment and the safety meeting, the review meeting and supervise the implementation of all kinds of the rules；
6. 对生产中各项数据（生产日报表、进度表、设备维护保养记录、生产无聊用料记录等）进行汇总、分析评估；提供准无误、明晰的生产数据进行每周每月每个季节的总结与建议，定期向总经理汇报。为后续的现场生产工作提供详细、准确的具有参考及考核性资料；

For the follow-up of the field production work provide detailed and accurate reference and assessment sexual material；
7. 运用实际的管理经验及不断吸纳新管理的方式，根据公司决策者提出的目标、发展战略及公司的规划、方针对中基层员工进行引导、策略性培训，建立适合公司发展的高效生产团队；

8. 订单大货生产时，对生产样进行确认；
Order bulk production, confirm all the production samples
9. 负责公司所有产品的生产及其质量监督
