职位描述
岗位职责
1.查阅相关文献，参与合成路线的确立；
2.完成化学原料药和中间体的小试摸索、优化及中试放大工作；
3.对自己相关实验室和仪器进行相关保养维护；
4.清晰完整地完成实验记录，实验报告书。
任职条件
1.本科及以上学历，有机合成，化学工艺，精细化工或药物合成相关专业；
2.具有常见化学数据库的检索能力；
3.熟悉各种有机合成反应和机理，掌握实验室常用的化合物分离提纯技术和结构鉴定方法；
4.有工艺放大或工厂生产经验者优先；
5.工作态度踏实，能适应紧张的工作，执行力强；
6.该岗位欢迎应届生。
