Main Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and organize business meetings, trainings, conferences and other related activities;
2. Work closely and coordinate with other functions in Asia Pacific region to successfully execute regional projects or policies;
3. Handle and harmonize overall internal administration issues related to the support and operation of the President;
4. Assist President in daily management;
5. Other tasks assigned by President.

Requirements:

1. University graduate;
2. Minimum 5 years secretarial or related experience with multinational companies;
3. Excellent oral and written English,TEM-8 is preferred;
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Mature and can work under high pressure;
6. Self-motivated and details concerning.
