Job Responsibilities

· Perform Component/Material test based upon EWR request or test plan. Understand and follow test requests per the Product Development Process.

· Develop and update Component/Material test procedure or local Work Instructions.

· Summarize test results and upload these data in EWR system.

· Serve as Component/Material laboratory administrator to control well the test equipments and ensure these equipments are properly maintained.

· Maintain the engineering samples management system (PICS) and ensure all sample parts are controlled well in CTC.

· Understand and follow Delphi Powertrain CTC Engineering Procedures/WIs especially as related to PT Lab responsibilities.

· Test Laboratory environment, equipment and work standards follow health and safety standards.

· Accept other responsibilities as required


Position Preference (minimum)



Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required



Experience/Special Skills:

· 1+ years' working experience in engineering preferred

· Familiar with P/T - CTC products

· Understanding of P/T - CTC prototype process

· Familiar with dimensional measurement

· Strong database administration skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Good language skills in oral and written English

· Interpersonal, results oriented, and accountable

General Purpose of the Position

Lead prototype test activity required to support the development/improvement of new and existing component designs.
