Major Responsibilities of Position:

Develop relationships with key customer decision makers and with multiple levels and functions within the customer's organization.
Maintain knowledge of global Res & Commercial HEX market with regards to customers and competition.
Recommend regional trade shows and events and work with Res/Comm HEX Global Sales Director and marketing to set strategy for such events within the Res & Commercial market.
Collaborate with Design Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing Engineering in the development of business proposals for customer pursuits.
Coordinate cross functional communication, within the Delphi business team in order to meet or exceed customer expectations for assigned accounts.
Maintain level of technical knowledge of Res & Commercial HEX products in order to appropriately interface with customers and within the Delphi business team.
Proactively add input to technical and business planning roadmap, based on market data.
Continue to build on strong relationships with customers and others within the market.

Major Skill Sets and Attributes Required:

Strong knowledge of stationary HVAC market, customers and sales process.
Substantial experience and success in crafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Ability to think and act strategically as it pertains to his/her accounts.
Desire to work in a proactive, high performing team environment focused on results.
Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and to identify/develop opportunities attractive to the business.
Ability to convey a professional image to customer base and within Delphi.
