Major Job Responsibilities

? Be responsible for projects of electronics product development program
? ensure respect of PDP, organizing phase gates reviews and reporting;
? manage cross functional project team work, conduct regular project meeting;
? manage timing plan & ensure project team respect the schedule;
? manage master task & activities list and follow up closure of open issues;
? own project financial, make sure project will be launched flawlessly;
? ensure quality plan is implemented with customer satisfaction;
? ensure communication and coordination among customers, Delphi product development team.

Qualifications

? Bachelor degree;
? Good knowledge of product development process;
? Project planning experience needed;
? Project management experience preferred;
? Good communication skills;
? Good ownership and leadership needed;
? Good English communication skills.
