You accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results with attention to detail. You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility. You express ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication.
For this role we believe you have minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience, minimum 1 year of experience in Leadership/Competence development and experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating in global projects.

ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as Leadership & Competence Specialist, you contribute to an efficient, effective and consistent execution of Competence & Leadership development solutions to ensure delivery on business targets, while securing a great customer and co-worker experience.
You will:
?Responsible for delivery of learning content in the Market Area
?Coordinates with country Competence & Leadership Leader to ensure that global tools and learningoffers are implemented
?Secures execution of country training calendar for both leadership and competence development, eitheracting as a facilitator or by securing available and competent facilitators
?Uses digital tools and systems that support an efficient and accurate learning delivery process andfollow-up
?Networks with stakeholders (e.g. line managers and co-workers) in the Market Area to identify,understand and support delivery of their learning needs
?Follows up on the deliverables and outcome of the learning activities

Actively secures that the learning environment and learning activities promote and stimulate the IKEAvalues and culture.
?Works interdependently with the Country leadership and Competence team to secure local businessneeds are delivered through a relevant learning offer.

With the movement of the head office from Singapore to Shanghai in July of 2007, IKEA Distribution Service Asia Pacific (DSAP), has undergone a rapid expansion, growing from 70 co-workers to over 600 co-workers nowadays. Today with 4 distribution centres located in China, Australia and Japan. IKEA DSAP support 35 IKEA stores in Asia Pacific and support the export of millions of cubic meters of IKEA products to more than 400 destinations globally.
