1、 负责产品质量检验及整体质量控制管理工作。

2、 负责厂内质量问题的沟通、协调与处理。

3、 负责组内工作的领导、推动、督导及实施工作。

4、 跟进本组员工的实际作业状态及工作绩效的评估评定。

5、 负责执行和督导注塑车间各项品质控制过程中的质量统计分析及记录。

6、 控制不合格品的生产和转序。

7、对现场质检人员培训指导。

8、做好组内的各项检测工具的使用保管工作。

9、上级领导交办的其它工作。

岗位任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，电子、机械相关专业。

2、有1-2年的工作经验。

3、熟悉注塑、模具结构材料检验标准、检验方法、检验重点。

4、诚实、自信、思想正派、作风严谨、抗压能力强。
