Position Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Development, Psychology (Management/Social direction), Business or related field.
2. Passed TEM 8 or overseas educational experience, Excellent English writing skills;
3. Web-based research skills;
4. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel, Access and Word;
5. Attention to detail; quality focus, teamwork and effective communications.
6. One or more years' experience in HR recruiting or hunting is a plus;
7. MNC working experience is preferred;
8. Job / Competency Analysis & Research Background is a plus.

Job Description:
1. Collaborates with teammates to implement industry/framework research and development, including but not limited to function, job and competency research and development.
2. Presents job/competency design matrix for specific industry or framework based on research results.
3. Publishes industry research report from Human Resource Planning perspectives.
4. Conducts primary job, competency and supplementary data research via diverse research resources;
5. Develops and publishes job competency model content according to Kenexa Framework Development Methodology (KFDM);
6. Constantly updates the job competency model in line with the latest industry best practices.
