职位描述

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  

· Manage the business program management office in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities driving the Company Exports business, including but not limited to: - Customer development and maintenance - Business and program communication, collecting program information, quoting & contract signing - Customer program/account management, organization of meetings, driving agreement within the company, manpower and resources to complete each program plan - Follow up on the delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery - Handling customer complaints and other communication with customers - Coordinating with internal stakeholder functions (such as purchasing & quality) to meet delivery time, cost, quality and customer service expectations - Direct, coordinate and take daily program management activities including schedule review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customer for contract, response to technical questions, issues and payment to ensure overall customer program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget & expectations - Confer with program staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. - Account payment collection

  

· Be the leader of the matrix team, demonstrating strong leadership/tenacity to ensure long term business growth and achieve the business segment objectives

  

· Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to effectively optimize business operations and processes

  

· Manage all aspects of customer communications from initial RFQ quotations to final product (including status update); drive customers collaboration to establish business order forecast schedule

  

· Be the eyes and ears (i.e., advocate) of the customers to achieve customer satisfaction facilitating future growth with their business; manage existing customer relationships

  

· Work on business development with company marketing team to identify new opportunities & drive new business growth

  

· Manages the business P&L, and save cost without effecting the performance and effectiveness of the operations

  

· Create and maintain a suitable set of procedures/protocols to ensure team members work within the system process to ensure repeatable and sustainable business performance

  

· Offer business advice and be the bridge between customers and Drennan in driving a win-win relationship to manage & minimize risks

  

· Drive team members to solve any internal issues that arise before any problems hamper the daily working of the business/program; address staff/team issues on a regular basis to ensure the smooth functioning of all the processes within the Exports business segment

  

· Coach other team members on analytical thinking & decision making process in support of overall Exports business objectives

  

· Work in tandem with MD to set appropriate KPI’s and deliverables for the matrix team in support of the business

  


Qualifications

  

· BS degree or above in engineering (mechanical engineering preferred), business management, supply chain management, or related discipline

  

· Minimum 10 years of related experience with over 6 years as project/program managers managing successful programs achieving revenue status

  

· Must have experience in dealing with overseas customers (written and verbal), and in organizing and leading telephone and video conferences

  

· Must be able to develop business/systematic processes in managing customer accounts – ensure team members operate within the system for sustainability and repeatability

  

· Skill in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing implementing and communicating systematic procedures for internal team; analyzing data, making sound recommendations and adopting effective causes of action; working persuasively and tactfully with external customers, internal matrix team and line staff; supervision of specialized professional staff

  

· Strong ability to counter/solve problem and issues with strong team leadership & organization, logical & systematic approaches, and leverage of existing matrix team members & their relevant expertise

  

· Methodical & detail oriented in managing project/program plans for actions, status, and closures

  

· An influential/persuasive leader who is not afraid to try & be creative in problem-solving approach, willing to learn and excel by doing with an always can-do attitude

  

· Strong personal ethics that projects trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity

  

· Strong team player who is willing to roll-up the sleeves & work by setting personal examples, and eyes team success over individual personal success

  

· Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and verbal
