职位描述
岗位责任：
1、组织并协助各部门进行招聘、人员配置等工作；
2、执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程；
3、负责员工社保、公积金、商业保险等方面工作；
4、协助组织公司各种活动（如公司聚餐、生日会，培训、旅游等）；
5、协助执行公司的人力资源制度与计划，培训与发展，绩效评估等方面的工作；
6、办理外国人就业证事宜
7、领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、人力资源及相关专业，本科以上学历，从事人力资源相关模块4年以上经验；
2、做事认真负责、有良好的沟通协调及语言表达能力；
3、具有一定的行政管理知识，组织协调能力强，思维敏捷、应变能力强，有服务他人意识；
4、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
5、有办理外国人就业证工作经验；
6、英语优秀者优先。
