职位描述
岗位职责
1、熟练掌握并执行集团相关前台运作的相关标准；
2、了解酒店有关挂帐、会员卡和现金管理等的政策和程序；
3、为宾客提供入住及离店服务；
4、负责客账审计工作，按酒店财务制度正确处理帐务；
5、在领班安排下制作预期抵店宾客的住宿登记单及房卡；
6、做好宾客信息的档案收集工作；
7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、酒店管理及相关专业优先；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
5、熟练使用相关办公软件。
