岗位职责：

1.诊断修复客户空调设备设施系统故障，处理突发事件，确保设备设施按时按质运行，维护客户工作生产环境达到标准安全生产工作模式。

2.抵达和离开工作现场前通知客户。经常联系客户，了解运作问题。确保客户了解项目服务原理和显著问题，推荐系统改进方案。

3.提供客户系统操作培训，协调公司、客户和供应商之间的关系。

4.管理、协调并培训服务商，提升服务商的整体服务质量和水平。包括培训经验较少的维修技术员，提升他们不同角色的工作能力，

5.完成工作文档，如完工证明、客户培训表、培训证明和购货清单。

6.积极参加培训，不断提升自我技术水平。

7.按标准工作流程规范操作，保证施工安全。

8.协助销售团队做好现场勘查和产品装配期间的协调和准备工作。

9.公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 制冷、机械、电子或暖通相关专业大专或本科以上学历，具备一定的英文读写能力。

2. 两年以上相关现场维修服务经验，具备相关专业资格（如电工证、制冷证、焊工证等）优先。

3. 吃苦耐劳，对技术工作充满热情，学习能力及动手能力强。

4. 拥有一线问题诊断和解决能力。

5. 工作积极主动，良好的沟通技能和适应能力，良好的团队合作能力。
