Hydraulic Designer

DIRECT SUPERIOR in R&D, Load Handling

LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR Engineering Manager



PURPOSE OF POSITION
Product or product family development dedicated resource;



SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design and development of hydraulic components and systems of new products (Loader Cranes);

· Work as a team member with mechanical and control system engineers;

· Creation of technical solutions to achieve targets set by Product Management;

· Creation of e-BOM;

· Development of tests methodology and supervision of tests of complete products and components;

· Work with suppliers to achieve product performance and quality targets;

· Technical support for production, sourcing & suppliers related to product design requirements and specifications;

· Responsible for implementing Engineering Orders (EO), acts as Local Change Administrator (LCA);

· Responsible for implementing the engineering changes in the MAU and reporting back to Global Change Administrator (GCA)

· Actively cooperate with Production and Service departments to achieve best in class Design-To-Assmebly and Design-To-Service products;Designs production tools

· Responsible to configure production sturctures based on sales configurations;

· Prepares engineering adjustments for approved designs according to customer requirements and project sales

· New features introduction

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE
· Education in machine building or automation

· Previous experience in mechanical / hydraulic design will be an asset

· Experience of CAD systems (Pro-Engineer preferred)

· Msc. Eng. or similar technical education

· Good English language skill

· Willingness to travel and cooperate with other company branches

· Outstanding communication and organizing skills
