职位描述
Compensation & Benefits
? Prepare monthly payroll raw data collection.
? Process payroll calculation. Ensure all the adjustments are well recorded with supporting documents for policy compliance and internal/ external audit.
? Cross check with HR vendor on the accuracy of payroll, social security, housing fund, tax, etc.
? Work with local Finance team on payroll cost analysis and summary report for payment checking and approval process and answer question if any.
? Head to bank for foreigner’s payroll payment. Coordinate between local Finance and HR vendor to ensure the payroll are paid to employees timely.
? Coordinate between HR vendor and local Finance team on online IIT declaration for Shanghai employees.
? Deliver benefits credit to employees timely.
? Responsible for online declaration for foreigners and Shenzhen employees.
? Calculate employee’s annual social security base and housing fund base.
? Analyze year end performance review and rating calibration for Shanghai and Vietnam office.
? Optimize bonus calculation with payroll.
? Analyze actual bonus payout result.
Budget & Forecast
? Collect and analyze past years social insurance and housing fund trend to make a best estimation on the increase%.
? Well know the updated headcount status.
? Understand Group performance bonus scheme and calculation methodology.
? Based on Group Finance guideline, prepare cost and headcount budget and forecast by phasing by individual level.
? Based on local Finance guideline, prepare cost budget and forecast by phasing, breakdown to each team.
? Provide HC and FTE budget and forecast by phasing by induvial level.
? Budget and forecast company level cost, etc.
? Refresh forecast and explain variance on a regular basis.
Reporting
? Timely release monthly FTE report and Contractor report to each local HR (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Vietnam, Warsaw and Turkey) to update, play as a key contact person among all sourcing offices.
? Consolidate monthly FTE report and Contractor report and submit to Group Finance.
? Summarize monthly HC & FTE and submit to each local Finance.
? Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly headcount and cost summary reports to government related parties.
? Provide data for annual C&B survey, detail to payroll, company benefits, etc.
? Timely provide updated headcount status to local management team with budget/forecast HC, actual HC, and vacancies, etc.
? Any other ad-hoc report or analysis upon request.
Staffing
? Issue Dispatch Letter, Guarantee Letter and Income Certificate to employees for their overseas business trip; Issue Employment Certificate for employees’ personal use.
? Support on Shanghai Residency Certificate and Shanghai Hukou for non-SH Hukou employees.
? Take care of employees’ lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
? Employment contract management and renewal process.
? Map and analyze annual Engagement Survey.
Date Maintenance
? Ensure local master data file is up to date for Shanghai, Shenzhen and Vietnam office.
? Monthly update Organisation Chart.
? Timely update in HR Plus system for any movements.
? Timely fill in Global Forms and information Group HR for any movements.
