Position: Senior Legal Manager

Reporting To: L&C GM

Main Job Responsibilities:

1.Ensure contract, agreement, internal rules, working plan, implementation procedure and others to be in compliance with government related laws and/or regulations, and come up with legal risk assessment and resolution if needed;

2.Provide consultancy, suggestions, and solutions on legal and compliance related issues during company operation;

3.Take legal action such as arbitration or lawsuit on behalf of company if necessary;

4.Independently or assist the department head in providing legal training in a focused and consistent manner and in accordance with company's compliance policy;

5.Assist in managing regulatory problems arising from alleged or actual breaches of regulatory requirements or ethical standards to avoid/minimize reputation damage;

6.Be responsible for the management of company licenses and original contracts. Be responsible for the annual check of relevant company licenses;

7.Other tasks required by Legal and Compliance Department head.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in legal or similar;

2.+10 years working experience in legal area including +3 years of the experience on the team management, especially in finance industry is preferable;

3. Good communication, independent working capability and good team work;

4. Highly initiative, with good negotiation skills and able to handle pressure;

5. Strong computer skills;

6. Eloquent in English and Chinese (orally and writing).

汇报对象: 法务合规部部长

主要工作职责：

1. 确保公司合同、协议等法律文本、内部规章制度、商业计划书、实施流程方案等符合国家相关法律的规定，并对其它可能产生法律后果的事件提出评估及解决方案；

2. 就公司运营过程中的法律合规相关问题提供咨询、建议和解决方案；

3. 如有需要，代表公司参加仲裁、诉讼等法律程序；

4. 独立或者协助提供法务相关议题的培训；

5. 协助处理违规或是违反道德标准行为事件，以避免/降低公司名誉损害；

6. 负责管理公司相关证照和合同正本，并负责公司证照的年检；

7. 其他部门负责人要求完成的法务相关工作。

任职资格：

1. 大学本科以上学历，法律或其他相关专业毕业；

2. 10年以上法务工作经验包括3年以上团队管理经验，特别金融行业背景经验者优先；

3. 较强的沟通协调能力、独立工作能力及良好的团队合作精神；

4. 积极、有谈判能力、能够承受较高工作压力；

5. 熟练运用各类办公软件；

6. 流利中英文交流能力（口头及书面）。
