Position Objective
负责各分公司团险的中介、直销渠道及大客户业务，策划并推动相关渠道团险业务的发展
Roles and Responsibilities
1. 业务策划及推动； 10%
2. 拓展团险中介、直销渠道及大客户业务； 50%
3. 渠道维护，协助分公司团险开展业务； 10%
4. 了解分公司需求及业务状况，并反馈给主管； 10%
5. 销售竞赛方案设计及追踪； 10%
6. 主管交代的其他各项工作 10%
Job Requirements
? Education – University graduated
? Experience
– at least 5 years experience in profit center and sales in financial industry
– sales/marketing background with practical knowledge in non-agency channal a plus
? Special skills
– Practical marketing knowledge and outstanding performance records.
– Customer-oriented
– Problem solving and decision-making skills.
– Presentable, excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
? Fluent in written & spoken English
