   Roles & Responsibilities:

Mass production support    (65%)

·           Independently manage the supplier quality of some commodities: solve production quality issue, take containment action (material sorting/ quarantine etc), drive root cause analysis and put in place corrective/preventive actions. Drive supplier continuous improvement program.

·           Support some commodities (machining, hydraulic, casting) supplier performance daily management (material inspection for 1st 5 lots, QN validation, supplier continuous improvement (CTAP activity).

·           Perform component (pump/bellow) life test on test bench on regular basis. 

·           Support other colleague’s material inspection when needed.

NPI and material localization support   30%

·           Work with sourcing to identify potential suppliers (existing or new). Conduct suppliers audit.

·           Coordinate tech discussion (DFM review) with supplier and R&D.Other tasks assigned by line manager

·           Validate the prototype parts according to specification, submit CTAR (component technical assessment report) report and get approval of R&D, PE.

Communicate CTAP requirements, monitor the progress and full implementation till mass production. 

Key Competencies:

• Understand basic quality tools (8D, QC tools etc), knowledgeable in supplier manufacturing process audit and continuous improvement.
• Able to use caliper, height gauge, projector, CMM for components measurement.
• Quality data analysis and trouble shooting skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years SQE experience
• Technical experience in some of commodities (die casting/machining/pump), hydraulic/injection/sheet metal is plus.
• English communication
