采购助理 Procurement Assiatant

 Job Description:

 

• Assist to offer inquiry quotations based on customer inquiry requirements.

• Assist to find new suppliers and manage them in good relationship.

• Assist to lead the progress of product development in regard to initial samples and packing standardization.

• Assist to purchase Order release and follow up to make sure on time delivery.

• Assist to monthly report on order completion and inquiry implementation through database input.  

  Job Requirements:

  
  

                

• The preferred applicant should be 22-35 years old.

• College degree or above.

• Good command of English both in spoken and written.

• Have purchasing experiences preferably on metal parts.

• Good office computer skills, know about Access as a plus.

• Knowing purchasing procedure as a basic.
