Position Requirements:

l Have passion in event management, creative, proactive and passionate to work

l Have at least 3-5 years experience in the business of event, exhibition or PR

l Excellent team player; be able to keep good communication with client and take the leading role in project team

l Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure

l Detail oriented and team work spirit

l Excellent Chinese in writing and speaking, and good conversational English with writing ability

l Good commend of office software, such as word, excel, ppt, etc.

Main Responsibilities: 

l To keep communication with client on daily basis, to maintain the good relationship with clients

l Be involved in team brainstorming, and contribute creativity and experience to the team

l To write proposals in English or Chinese, delivering the plan in a creative and impressive way

l Budget management

l With the guidance of senior project manager, to take the leadership of a project team, briefing clients' requirement, and allocating tasks to team members, and fulfill tasks with quality and within deadline. 

l To execute project plans with team members with high quality

l To provide support to other project teams and colleagues whenever necessary
