You know how to implement plans and follow set budget goals. You confidently explore and use psychometric tools and assessments in candidate recruitment and/or co-worker performance & development situations. You have also knowledge about country legal requirements associated with recruitment and selection. You forecast, analyse and create a plan for the talent needs for key positions in IKEA and also hire talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment. You know the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation.

You express your ideas and opinions effectively with ability to influence and inspire. For this role we believe you need minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience, minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, proven record of developing people and organisations and experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects.

ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as Recruitment & Selection Specialist, you executes efficient, effective and consistent Recruitment activities in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies in the Market Area.
You will:
? Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values
? Partners with hiring managers to gain deep understanding of positions as assigned
? Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
? Works proactively to fill all open positions with qualified candidates
? Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
? Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems
? Analyses data and implements process improvements across the recruitment area
? Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline

?Fosters and manages effective relations with stakeholders within the Market Area organisation toensure alignment with sourcing strategies, while managing stakeholder expectations
?Coordinates across the units in the Market Area to secure benefits of collaboration and scaling
?Works closely and interdependently with the Market Area Sourcing Specialist.
