3、根据公司产品的特性为客户提供种植建议；

4、数据汇总统计，并根据量化信息为公司产品改进提供依据；

5、帮助客户修正种植习惯；

任职要求：

1、 全日制统招本科及以上学历，农学、园艺等相关专业；

2、 对农作物的生长环境有充分认识；

3、3年及以上农业基地生产管理与运营经验，或智慧温室种植管理、大田生产管理等工作经验；

4、注重团队合作意识，爱岗敬业，不怕吃苦，责任心强；

5、具备良好的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
