岗位职责：

1、负责办公室各项行政管理工作（包括固定资产、办公用品、办公环境、后勤保障等）；

2、票务、酒店的预订，会议接待的具体安排；

3、负责管理公司各项行政费用，以及各类会议、培训的准备及收尾等工作；

4、与hr配合，负责各类员工活动、员工福利的组织及执行工作；

5、统计管理各类行政报表，定期与GM及上海总部汇报沟通；

6、其他行政及办公室事务性工作。

 

任职资格：

1、英语、行政管理专业或相关专业本科以上学历，1年以内经验或应届毕业生，可独立处理行政事务及组织员工活动；

2、熟练操作MS offic及各类办公设备；

3、极强的时间协调与工作统筹能力，能进行多线程事务处理；

4、性格开朗，头脑灵活，具备强烈的主动服务意识，对提高员工满意度有较强的驱动力。

工作时间：周一--周五  9:00--18:00

当前办公地点：朝阳区关东店28号宫霄国际（地铁6号线东大桥站）

公司将于5月搬到三元桥附近
