- To work with Senior Merchandiser to ensure that all activities associated with the account meet agreed customer requirements.
- Provide service and quality merchandise that is on time and complete.
- All tasks associated with any given style are accurate and up to date within the system

Requirements:
- Major in textile/apparel related courses preferred
- At least 2 years woven and knitwear background, knowledge with garment production, delivery and shipping
- Assisting senior merchandiser with daily tasks and liaise between factories and the Sydney office
- Advanced skills in oral and written English, computer proficiency
- Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administration work, able to handle paper work in a disciplined manner

Apparel Group is home to the iconic Australian fashion bands Sportscraft, SABA, Willow and JAG. The company also has a private label division which provide design and manufacturing services for many leading Australian retailers. Apparel Group was established in the early 1950's.

In 1998 Apparel Group opened an office in Shanghai to better manage the company's growing import business with an aim to source and supply fashionable, well made product in China using local market experience and expertise.
