1. 提供经销商/客户提供基本的产品知识，使用技巧培训
2. 给客户提供专业的2-6岁英语教育相关培训
3. 根据销售、服务等业务需求处理数据，提供有效服务
4. 配合市场营销策略，根据公司经营目标与战略，建立、维护和完善会员管理体系，提升用户体验，增加有效会员数量及销售贡献率
5. 按月度与学期完成客服数据分析报告的制作，并提交到相关部门
6. 支持销售员客户覆盖行动情况，及时反馈给主管并推动工作

任职要求:

相关工作经验2年以上

2-6岁教育相关英语培训行业经验

普通话标准，口齿经理，懂得消费者心理，语言表达能力强，善于沟通

熟悉掌握excel等办公软件，和网络工具的使用  

具备流利中英文听说能力

大学本科学历（教育专业优先）

有团队合作精神，愿意接受并学习新事物
